Contract: Permanent contract at 80%

Starting date: ASAP

Compensation and benefits: MSF practice is to offer the C&B package current in the MSF entity establishing the contract.

*By default, the successful candidate will be offered a contract in the MSF office of their country of residence at the time of application.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. MAIN PURPOSE

The Recruitment Officer assists the International Office in building a successful team by securing suitable hirings in a timely and effective manner, in order to achieve its goals.

They manage the entire hiring process from start to finish, guaranteeing and implementing processes that are safe and fair for candidates.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

· Develops and implements recruiting strategies to meet the International Office hiring goals.

· Finds and attracts talent through job postings, professional networks

· Reviews applications, conducts initial interviews and participates in main ones and assesses candidates’ skills and adequation with job requirements.

· Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates guiding them through the selection process and ensuring a positive experience.

· Works with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them select the best candidates.

· Processes all administrative requirements and liaises with HR counterparts in hosting MSF entities to ensure appropriate hiring and integration.

· Oversees the onboarding process of new hires.

· Analyses recruitment performance and proposes policy and process improvements.

Job requirements

Education

·       Certificate or diploma in HR Management

Experience

·       3 years of experience in recruitment  

Languages

·       English (C1 – CECRL), French desired

Knowledge

·       MSF operations and internal functioning, acquaintance with IO role and jobs

Competencies

·       Recruitment techniques and practices

·       Adaptability, proactivity, team work

·       Organization, autonomy, capacity for problem-solving
